Part Time Community Mental Health RN​/RPN

Fraser Health is looking for a part-time Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse for Community Mental Health and Substance Use Services in the Abbotsford-Mission area. This role involves assessments, care coordination, and direct treatment for clients with mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate care through assessments and treatment plans

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor client progress

• Facilitate communication among care team members

• Support clients with self-care and informed decisions

• Document observations and treatment outcomes

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved Nursing program

• Two years experience in mental health services

• Current registration with BCCNM

• Valid BC Driver's License

• Knowledge of psychopharmacology and legislation
