Position: Fraser Health Urgent Care Nurse
Transform patient care as an Urgent Care Nurse with Fraser Health, providing direct services in diverse clinical settings. This role promotes patient autonomy and a culturally safe environment.

In this Registered Nurse position, you will provide urgent and primary care in various community settings, requiring registration with the BCCNM and recent clinical experience. Your duties will include patient assessments, care coordination, and health education aimed at enhancing self-management strategies for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to clients in urgent settings

• Initiate and monitor treatment plans based on client needs

• Maintain comprehensive patient records and statistics

• Collaborate with community resources for patient support

• Participate in quality improvement and educational initiatives

Requirements:

• Valid registration with BCCNM as a nurse

• At least one year of relevant clinical experience

• BC Driver’s license and vehicle access required

• Experience in therapeutic interventions and effective communication

• Ability to adapt to diverse healthcare priorities
