Position: Fraser Health Primary Care Nursing Role

In this role, you will offer comprehensive nursing care to clients at Fraser Health's Urgent Primary Care Centre. You will engage with clients through assessments and establish collaborative care plans, emphasizing health promotion and cultural sensitivity. Your contribution will be vital in enhancing patient recovery and integrating care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing assessments and interventions for urgent care

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized care plans

• Promote health education and self-management among clients

• Support clients throughout their healthcare journey

• Document and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided

Requirements:

• Active RN registration with BCCNM in British Columbia

• At least one year of related clinical experience

• Valid BC Driver's license for business travel

• Strong interpersonal and diagnostic skills

• Capacity to manage complex client care effectively
