Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate client care during all dialysis phases

• Collaborate in multidisciplinary care planning meetings

• Establish prioritization in client care plans

• Promote client education and understanding of care plans

• Document and record relevant patient care information

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved Practical Nursing program

• Registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives

• One year of recent experience in an acute care setting

• CPR Level C certification and First Aid training

• Strong communication and organizational skills
