Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient strengths and limitations

• Support patient involvement in care decisions

• Document and update care and procedure information

• Assist in maintaining equipment and a clean environment

Requirements:

• Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program

• Current LPN registration with BCCNM

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of administering medications

• Physical ability to perform nursing duties
