Quality Control Technician

Position: Full-Time Quality Control Technician
Overlanders Manufacturing is on the lookout for a dedicated Quality Control Technician in Abbotsford, BC. This role is focused on ensuring the precision of sheet metal products through thorough inspections.

In this full-time position, your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive inspections and maintaining quality control records. You'll collaborate with the Foreman to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions. This role requires a commitment to quality and safety in all production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections on various sheet metal components

• Maintain detail-oriented quality control records

• Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives

• Notify Foreman of any non-compliant components

• Complete necessary quality reporting and documentation

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality control

• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and specifications

• Knowledge of GD&T is beneficial

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities

• Experience in quality management systems is a plus
