Abbotsford Quality Control Technician

Position: Abbotsford Quality Control Technician Role
Join Overlanders Manufacturing as a Quality Control Technician in Abbotsford, where you will ensure our precision sheet metal products meet all quality standards. This role emphasizes thorough inspections and process compliance.

We are looking for a detail-oriented technician to perform critical inspections on our products during and post-production. You will collaborate with the Foreman to identify defects, ensuring that all products satisfy both internal and customer specifications. Help enhance our reputation for quality through your meticulous efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections

• Calibrate tools and maintain quality control records

• Suggest inspection process improvements

• Communicate non-compliance issues to the Foreman

• Document Quality Reports and work orders

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in quality inspection

• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes

• Strong computer skills with MS Office

• Knowledge of GD&T and mechanical drawing interpretation

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
