Rail Works is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee its quality control team and uphold project specifications. You will develop quality control programs, conduct inspections, and evaluate project activities for compliance with standards and regulations. This role demands leadership to train staff, manage quality metrics, and collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project-specific quality control programs

• Oversee quality testing, evaluations, and inspections

• Identify training needs and train staff on quality standards

• Certify compliance of construction materials with project specifications

• Conduct site visits to assess field quality control effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred

• Minimum of 10 years in construction quality programs

• Strong knowledge of contracts and applicable codes

• Proven issue resolution and management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
