Position: R&D Technologist for Food Development

As an R&D Technologist, you will report to the R&D Project Lead, ensuring product optimization and commercialization. With your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, you'll troubleshoot technical issues and improve processes in a collaborative environment. Contribute your expertise in food manufacturing to drive exciting product advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and apply analytical SOPs and testing methods

• Conduct lab tests, including data collection and sample prep

• Troubleshoot production issues through structured experimentation

• Monitor shelf life, sensory changes, and product performance

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support product consistency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related field

• 1–2 years in food manufacturing or product development

• Strong analytical and documentation skills

• Hands-on lab equipment operation experience

• Ability to lift 50 lbs in a lab setting
