Assistant Store Manager - Spencer's role at Spencer's in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store to drive sales and profitability.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain guest services; support store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
- Develop staff, manage merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with controlling expenses, shrinkage, and adherence to all store policies.
- Minimum age: 18.
- Prior retail and/or management experience required.
- Physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Hourly rate ranges from $19.65 – $19.90 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
