• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Oversee and be accountable for the operation of a store.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses and shrinkage.
• Manage human resources, merchandising, and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies.

• Minimum age requirement of 21.
• Physical demands: >8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
