Job Title: Sales Associate – Indian Jewellery Store (Female)

Shanti Gold And Diamonds is looking for a motivated and experienced Female Sales Associate to join our retail jewellery store team. We are seeking someone with at least 2 years of experience in an Indian jewellery store environment, who is confident in customer service and passionate about sales.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to build customer relationships while delivering excellent sales performance.

• Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and other jewellery products
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strong product knowledge and customer engagement
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery options
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash/POS transactions
• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized
• Assist with inventory handling and stock management
• Support day-to-day store operations and perform other general store duties as required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Indian jewellery retail store
• Proven ability to achieve strong sales performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Knowledge of Indian jewellery styles, designs, and customer preferences is an asset
