Regardless of your prior experience, we provide extensive training to prepare you for success. Your responsibilities will revolve around customer interaction, evaluation of valuables, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-notch service via in-person and phone interactions

• Assess jewelry and precious metals using provided tools

• Offer transparent and accurate product education

• Keep store environment clean and professional

• Assist in daily store operations and team achievements

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Basic math and computer proficiency

• Eagerness to learn and develop within the role
