Position: Full-Time Gun Counter Expert
Join Bass Pro Shops in Abbotsford as a Full-Time Gun Counter Outfitter. Utilize your firearm knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.

This role reports to the Hardlines Group Sales Manager and requires a passion for the outdoor lifestyle. You will provide customers with product recommendations based on their needs while ensuring a safe shopping environment. Your expertise in firearms, hunting techniques, and Cabela’s products is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legendary customer service in firearm sales

• Assist customers in understanding product options and making purchases

• Maintain visual merchandising standards for the sales floor

• Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively

• Collaborate in-store to support various departments as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of sales or service experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License required

• Ability to recommend products based on customer needs

• Familiarity with outdoor lifestyle and related products
