Position: Bass Pro Shops Overnight Task Team Outfitter
Take on a critical role at Bass Pro Shops as an Overnight Task Team Outfitter, enhancing store operations while ensuring excellent customer presentations. This position involves restocking and service during overnight hours.

Aligned with the Overnight Supervisor, you will assist in reducing the workload for Sales Outfitters, facilitating a focus on customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, be adept in merchandise management, and available for overnight shifts. Engage in price changes, recovery tasks, and implement visual merchandising strategies across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct replenishment for Fishing, Hunting, and Camping departments

• Perform inventory management tasks with the Control team

• Execute temporary and permanent price changes

• Support recovery processes throughout the store

• Maintain visual merchandising adherence for assigned areas

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a retail setting

• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus

• Understanding of planograms and visual merchandising

• Capability to identify and restock low inventory

• Experience with outdoor lifestyle products is advantageous
