Regional Retail Manager

Position: Regional Retail Manager at Purolator
Lead retail operations across North York and neighboring sites as a Regional Retail Manager rsee staffing, compliance, and performance for locations supporting core business functions.

In this role, you will cover primary locations including Vaughan and Brickyard, with approximately 50% travel involved. Responsibilities include daily operations, talent management, and ensuring compliance with standards and inventory accuracy. Your leadership will foster team development, while you provide financial oversight and monitor key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned retail locations

• Manage staffing, recruitment, and training initiatives

• Conduct compliance and equipment checks across sites

• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports

• Monitor retail KPIs and competitive landscape

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of management experience

• Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced environments

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Travel capability up to 75%

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
