Drive retail success in the role of Assistant Team Leader. Support management in executing daily operations, and deliver outstanding customer service in a busy store.
The Assistant Team Leader works closely with the management team to ensure a well-run store while focusing on customer relationships. This position includes handling daily shipments, stocking products, and upholding store safety and cleanliness. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations and staff management
• Efficiently box and unpack shipments
• Stock shelves with daily products
• Climb ladders for merchandise access
• Address and resolve customer service issues
Requirements:
• One year relevant retail experience
• Supervisory experience of at least one year
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
