Night Shift Task Team Outfitter Position

Join Bass Pro Shops as a Night Shift Task Team Outfitter and play a pivotal role in store operations. This position focuses on managing non-selling tasks, enabling a stellar customer experience.

Reporting directly to the Overnight Supervisor, you will assist your team by conducting essential operational functions, including inventory management and replenishment. Tasks include temporary price changes and supporting visual merchandising, creating a positive shopping atmosphere for customers in various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replenish stock in Hunting, Fishing, and Apparel areas

• Collaborate with Inventory Control for accurate stock counts

• Execute price tagging and necessary inventory adjustments

• Manage recovery tasks such as sorting and re-hanging

• Assist with visual displays and planogram maintenance

Requirements:

• One or more years in a sales or service environment

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Understanding of visual merchandising concepts

• Available for overnight shifts

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
