In the role of Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent American Eagle by connecting with guests and ensuring they leave delighted. You’ll master the AEO Selling Model, promote loyalty programs, and showcase product offerings with pride. This position demands a proactive attitude and flexibility to assist wherever needed in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest

• Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie products

• Promote the AEO loyalty program effectively

• Switch roles among Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom

• Resolve guest inquiries with innovative solutions

Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old

• Previous retail experience is an asset

• Must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

• Genuine enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products

• Capable of multitasking in a busy environment
