As a Store Manager with Canada Gold, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure accuracy in cash handling and inventory management, and foster a high-performing environment. With 2-3+ years of experience in retail management, your proven ability to lead and resolve customer concerns will be vital in this role. You will enhance operational excellence while collaborating with fellow managers to optimize store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team for exceptional customer service

• Oversee daily store operations for efficiency and accuracy

• Manage cash flow and conduct regular cash counts

• Oversee inventory reconciliation and resolve discrepancies

• Enforce company policies and health & safety standards

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years management experience in retail
