Fraserway RV is on the lookout for a committed Parts Advisor to enhance our team. You'll engage with retail customers and service technicians, facilitating quick and accurate parts retrieval. Responsibilities include processing orders and managing inventory to maintain an efficient parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting parts and accessories

• Help technicians locate necessary parts swiftly

• Process orders, quotes, and backorders effectively

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization

• Ensure a clean and orderly parts department

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Mechanical aptitude and product knowledge

• Experience in related retail or inventory roles

• Strong computer skills with inventory systems

• Availability to work Saturdays
