RV Parts Advisor

Fraserway RV is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our Abbotsford team. In this role, you'll help customers and service technicians find the right parts and accessories while ensuring inventory is organized, accurate, and readily available.

Whether your experience comes from automotive, RV, marine, powersports, heavy equipment, retail parts, warehouse operations, or a similar industry, we'd like to hear from you.

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play an important role in supporting both our customers and service department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting retail customers with parts and accessory purchases
• Helping service technicians locate and obtain required parts quickly
• Processing parts orders, quotes, and backorders
• Tracking and following up on special orders and customer requests
• Receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and bin locations
• Performing inventory counts and cycle counts
• Coordinating shipping, receiving, and returns
• Merchandising parts and accessories displays
• Answering customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe parts department

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning technical products
• Experience in parts, inventory, warehouse, retail, automotive, RV, marine, powersports, construction, or industrial supply environments (an asset)
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning inventory systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Availability to work Saturdays
