Position: Overnight Stocking Team Member at Bass Pro Shops

Reporting to the Overnight Supervisor, you’ll support the store's operational functions by reducing non-selling tasks for Sales Outfitters. Your expertise in inventory management and visual merchandising will be essential, allowing the customer service team to thrive while providing service to shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general replenishment across multiple departments

• Support inventory management with counts and peg scanning

• Execute price changes with tagging and signage

• Perform recovery tasks: folding, sorting, and facing

• Assist with visual merchandising and planogram maintenance

Requirements:

• One year in a sales or service environment preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Familiarity with visual merchandising concepts

• Availability for overnight shifts

• Ability to deliver superior customer service
