Job Description

We’re looking for a (Part‑time) Sales Associate for The Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward. The role involves reporting to the Store Manager and assisting in fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. Responsibilities include delivering on service standards to achieve store objectives, including in‑store sales and web orders, and collaborating to execute operational excellence.

• Maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
• Provide a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned.
