We are looking for a Full-time Beauty Advisor to join us in our Highstreet location.

• Greet guests as they enter the shop, ask whether they would like assistance with anything and provide help if needed in a friendly, hospitable, and efficient manner.

• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

• Provide expert advice on skincare, makeup, fragrance, and other beauty products.

• Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.

• Maintain product displays, testers, and cleanliness of the counter area.

• Operates cash register and handles cash payments and credit card processing.

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

• Straighten, arrange, stock and dust off merchandise, maintain shelving areas as directed by management and participate in the designing of displays in windows and on tables.

• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.

• Conduct personalized beauty consultations and recommend products based on customers' skin type, concerns, and preferences.

• Demonstrate product application techniques, including skincare routines, makeup application, and fragrance selection.

• Stay up to date on product knowledge, beauty trends, promotions, and new launches to provide accurate information to customers.

• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Eligible to work in Canada.

• Flexible work hours and times.

• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.

• Minimum 1 of experience in retail, cosmetics, or beauty sales preferred.

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

• Merchandising skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
