Position: Bass Pro Shops Seasonal Sales Associate
Become a Seasonal Sales Associate at Bass Pro Shops and focus on footwear sales. Provide exceptional customer service while promoting company programs and maintaining store standards.

Report directly to the Group Sales Manager and contribute to a positive shopping experience by assisting customers in making informed decisions. Additionally, you will maintain merchandise presentation and cleanliness while demonstrating passion for outdoor products. You'll also handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues on the spot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in footwear purchases and recommendations

• Promote various promotions and store programs

• Maintain high merchandise and store presentation standards

• Use logic and good judgment to resolve issues

• Share knowledge of outdoor lifestyle and products

Requirements:

• One year of sales or service experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to evaluate customer needs effectively

• Excellent service skills with a customer-first attitude

• Experience with Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s products a bonus
