Build an optical sales career with Newlook through customer service, frame selection, and professional eye-care support. Training is provided, with mall-hour availability required.
Newlook seeks a Sales Advisor interested in optics and motivated by a stimulating customer-facing challenge. You will assist with eyewear choices, appointment coordination, preliminary eye exam tests, and sales targets. The position works within a multidisciplinary team supporting personalized eye health solutions and eyewear products.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers courteously and professionally
- Assist with frame and lens selection under professional supervision
- Help the team achieve sales targets
- Schedule, call back, and confirm appointments
- Perform preliminary eye exam tests
- Sales or customer service experience
- Interest in the field of optics
- Smiling and meticulous approach
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Availability for evenings and weekends
