B2B Sales Representative Cintas

Cintas is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative in Abbotsford to deliver work apparel solutions through prospecting and relationship-focused selling. The schedule combines field activity with office time.

As part of the Outside Sales team, you will help customers present professional teams through weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and branding services. The Cintas Sales Training Program develops cold-calling, demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing skills. You will qualify leads, use the CRM, win new business, and pursue weekly sales quotas.

• Identify prospects and qualify leads across the territory
• Present apparel and company branding solutions
• Apply training in negotiations and objection-handling
• Use the CRM to prospect and close business
• Consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas

• Competitive, self-motivated, and disciplined approach
• Customer-focused, solution-centric problem-solving mindset
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license and daily field travel
• High School diploma or GED
• Preferred one year or more sales experience
