HVAC Sales Manager Western

Lead HVAC sales across Western Canada from British Columbia, using regional planning and executive presentations to achieve defined targets. Full-time field work includes 50% domestic travel.

Navien seeks an HVAC Sales Manager with at least five years of HVAC sales and management experience. You will manage regional sales functions, support corporate objectives, and guide manufacturer’s representatives. The role combines market development, distributor relationships, product training, field analysis, and customer problem resolution. Strong organization, Microsoft Office experience, and adaptability are required.

• Achieve regional sales budgets and goals across Western Canada
• Implement sales plans and monitor field sales reports
• Conduct ongoing product training for sales personnel and distributors
• Develop residential and commercial business through wholesale channels
• Lead representatives, trade shows, complaints, and local marketing projects

• Minimum five years of HVAC sales and management experience
• Regional experience managing HVAC product sales
• Executive presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office experience and ability to adapt to change
