Security Supervisor

Position: Security Supervisor at Fraser Health
Lead the Relational Security team at Fraser Health as a Security Supervisor. Ensure safety, compliance, and effective communication within your team to promote a secure environment.

The Supervisor role involves overseeing staff on shift, enforcing security protocols, and administering first aid as necessary. With a focus on shared problem-solving, you'll utilize technical security systems while patrolling facilities. This position demands strong leadership alongside active engagement in the training of new officers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train Relational Security Officers

• Patrol and secure properties across multiple units

• Respond to emergencies and assess critical situations

• Document disturbances and incident reports accurately

• Communicate with leadership on emergency issues

Requirements:

• Current BC Security Guard License required

• OFA Level 2 Certification is essential

• Minimum of three years related experience

• Previous supervisory experience as an asset

• Valid B.C. Class 5 vehicle license needed
