Your Role & Impact:

As a key team member, you will:

• Lead all carpentry phases: framing, siding, building envelope systems, and precision window/door installations.
• Execute flawless finishes on custom builds, remodels, and structural additions.
• Uphold strict safety standards and site organization.
• Collaborate with clients and supervisors to exceed project expectations.

We Value Candidates With:

• 10+ years of hands-on carpentry experience in framing, siding, and building envelopes.
• Expertise in window/door installation and a portfolio of new construction/renovation work.
• Reliability:
  Own transportation (Chilliwack–Langley area), required PPE, and consistent punctuality.
• Pride in quality:
  Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
