The Role As a Landscape Construction Technician, you’ll work hands-on to bring landscape designs to life. You’ll assist in site preparation, grading, hardscaping, and planting, using top-tier equipment to ensure every project meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities Assist in landscape construction, including retaining walls, patios, pathways, and garden installationsOperate and maintain landscape equipment (e.g., skid steers, excavators, power tools)Install irrigation systems, drainage solutions, and other site utilitiesPrepare and grade sites for softscape and hardscape installationsFollow project plans, blueprints, and supervisor instructionsEnsure work is completed efficiently, safely, and with attention to detailWhat We’re Looking For
1-3 years of experience in landscape construction (or willingness to learn)Ability to operate landscaping tools and machineryKnowledge of hardscaping, drainage, grading, and irrigation is an assetStrong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitudeAbility to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditionsValid driver’s license (preferred)What We Offer
