This position serves as a critical link for the community, especially in aiding Indigenous individuals. As part of an empathetic team, you will conduct assessments, implement action plans, and ensure ongoing support tailored to client needs to promote effective participation in WorkBC programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform client assessments for needs and barriers
• Create and document action plans for employment progress
• Maintain client engagement through regular updates
• Facilitate connections to financial support and resources
• Collaborate with specialists for holistic client support
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree, diploma, or relevant certification
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of Indigenous practices and cultures
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Proficient in MS Office and client management systems
