Position: Connective Casual Outreach Support Role
Become a vital part of Connective as a Casual Outreach Support Worker, dedicated to enhancing the lives of clients in the community. Leverage your social service skills to develop impactful support strategies.

In this role, you will collaborate with clients referred by Community Living British Columbia to devise personalized life plans. Your responsibilities include assessing needs, assisting with community service access, and using your vehicle to transport clients as required. Flexibility is key, with shifts accommodating client availability, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research client needs and develop effective support plans

• Ensure interventions address housing, nutrition, and education

• Provide support in environments with potential hazards

• Coordinate with family members and organizations for client success

• Remain adaptable to clients' evolving needs

Requirements:

• Diploma in Social Services plus one year of relevant experience preferred

• Lived experience with vulnerable populations valued

• Ability to manage crisis situations competently

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for client transport

• Must pass background check requirements
