Position: Community Employment Services Supervisor at Archway

As a Community-Based Employment Services Supervisor, you will provide essential operational leadership and supervision for frontline staff. This full-time role encompasses coaching, mentoring, and ensuring high standards of client-centered service. You will also tackle service delivery challenges while fostering community partnerships and addressing staff workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily CBES programming ensuring it is client-centered

• Provide coaching and mentoring to support frontline staff

• Identify and escalate service challenges with recommendations

• Monitor staff workloads and maintain service quality

• Support outreach services and community partnerships

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Social Services or a related field

• Minimum two years in frontline supervision

• Experience in employment or social service programming

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
