In-Person Chaplain for CAF

Become a Chaplain with Calian / Deloitte for the Canadian Armed Forces. This role focuses on providing spiritual, religious, and pastoral care to CAF members and families in person.

As an external contractor, you will actively support members of the Canadian Armed Forces by fostering spiritual well-being and advising on moral and ethical issues. This in-person position requires relocation and ensures that you have privileged access to members across ranks without any command authority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide active, personal support to CAF members

• Officiate at special functions and ceremonies

• Advise on spiritual and ethical issues for the Chain of Command

• Apply military administration knowledge and RCChS policies

• Liaise with local civilian Faith Tradition leaders

Requirements:

• Ordained or mandated by a registered Faith Tradition

• Graduate-level professional degree in Faith Tradition

• Two years of supervised Faith Tradition leadership experience

• Member in good standing with national Faith Tradition

• Endorsement by the ICCMC and selection by Chaplain General
