We seek a dedicated Swamper/Loader to join our full-time Mission Collections team. Your responsibilities will include collecting recyclables from residential and commercial properties while ensuring safety and efficiency. With an emphasis on physical tasks and customer interaction, you will play a key role in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect recyclables curbside from various locations

• Efficiently load and unload recycling trucks

• Record daily collection activities accurately

• Operate safely in diverse weather conditions

• Comply with disposal guidelines and policies

Requirements:

• Safety-focused with ability to lift heavy materials

• Dependable and punctual individual

• Strong public interaction and communication skills

• Proficient in reading and writing for record maintenance

• Team-oriented approach to daily tasks
