Class 5 Driver

Job Description Summary

Join a team that’s growing fast and committed to promoting from within. As a Class 5 Driver, you’ll safely deliver, load, and recover a variety of rental equipment, tools, and supplies to customer job sites across urban, suburban, and rural areas. We are targeting $26-27/hr.

• Operate a single‑axle rollback, flat deck, or stakebody truck.
• Load, secure, deliver, and pick up rental equipment.
• Navigate safely in tight areas, including active construction zones.
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting or minor repairs on equipment.
• Demonstrate proper equipment use when needed.

• Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and reaching.
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Nice to have:
  Experience operating commercial or rental equipment.
• Experience with crane trucks or equipment deliveries.
• Mechanical aptitude for minor on‑site adjustments.
• Strong customer service mindset.
