Truck Driver

Position: Full-Time Truck Driver
Drive the roads as a full-time Truck Driver in Abbotsford, BC, with competitive pay of $36.60 hourly. You will handle goods transport, customer concerns, and vehicle inspections.

This permanent employment role involves driving tractor-trailers and performing critical vehicle inspections, including pre-trip, en route, and post-trip checks. You will be responsible for loading and unloading cargo, maintaining communication with dispatch, and ensuring safe and efficient transport of materials while following all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer complaints and concerns

• Load and unload goods at various locations

• Operate straight or articulated trucks safely

• Perform brake adjustments and preventive maintenance

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections regularly

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 or A Driver’s License

• 7 months to less than 1 year of driving experience

• Knowledge of accident reports and maintenance logs

• Strong interpersonal skills and reliability

• Ability to maintain safe driving records
