Flex Driver

Overview

This interview position involves ensuring timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes. Responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.

Flexible shift opportunities (minimum and maximum hours, days of work parameters will be determined based on business requirements).

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.

• Valid full G license or Class 5 driver's license.

• No minimum years required; one (1) year of customer‑oriented business experience preferred.
• Minimum time to learn or adjust to the job: 3 months.

• In Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English).

• Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training.
• Ability to successfully complete all basic and re‑currency training.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Some knowledge of Fed Ex Canada operations is an asset.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment.
