RoleLogistics Coordinator
Responsibilities- Adhere to Work Instructions when completing functions.
- Schedule Road services, including data entry of EPO for LDC sites serviced by Road.
- Schedule Rail services, including data entry of EPO for LDC sites serviced by Rail.
- Plan shipments based on availability and customer requests; check and chase Empty Releases with client/shipping line if required.
- Maintain packing schedule data as accurately as possible, including vessel details; check Pick Lists; follow up with customers for Import Permits, Weed Seed Certs & RFPs; process bales picked and update as okay to pack; send final packing documents including Fume Certifications; submit PRA’s and ensure AO’s complete inspections in a timely manner; process and send invoices to clients once received into Wharf.
- Monitor LDC email inboxes for warehousing and packing services; ensure clients have access to critical business information.
- Ensure timely turnaround of customer data information flow from packing sites.
- External Warehouses: ensure LDC Warehousing Management System is updated with packing information supplied.
- Process supplier invoices.
- Certificate III or higher in Logistics preferred.
- The ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external parties in line with company requirements.
- Positive attitude; diplomatic but assertive team player; highly motivated; self-starter.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a continually changing operating workplace.
- Problem solver; proactively engage with feedback.
