Position: Local Class 1 Driver at Perpetual Vegetable Co.

As a full-time Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for transporting fresh produce between our greenhouse operations and grocery retail customers. The role demands reliable communication, proper product handling, and attention to safety during all deliveries. Engage in a straightforward work environment with stable, year-round employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct timely transport of products between locations

• Load and unload reefer trailers efficiently

• Maintain integrity of cold chain during deliveries

• Manage delivery logs and communicate effectively

• Observe all safety regulations on the road

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 driver’s license is essential

• Clean driver abstract is required

• Experience with reefer loads is beneficial

• Forklift certification is a plus

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
