Position: Lead Safety Compliance at NOR-CAN EXPRESS
Become NOR-CAN EXPRESS INC.'s Safety Compliance Manager to elevate safety standards and compliance across the fleet. This position emphasizes regulatory adherence and driver safety enhancement.
In this leadership role, you will drive compliance with transportation safety regulations while building a culture of safety throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise adherence to National Safety Code regulations

• Maintain extensive safety compliance documentation

• Provide structured safety training for drivers

• Initiate workplace safety enhancement programs

• Conduct comprehensive annual compliance inspections
Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in a relevant area preferred

• 2–5 years of experience in transportation safety compliance

• Strong knowledge of FMCSA and CVSE rules

• Exceptional organizational and communication capabilities

• Familiar with compliance documentation and ELDs
