We are looking for a motivated Logistic Coordinator to oversee freight management from order entry to delivery. At Driving Force Decks, you will build manifests, communicate with drivers, and ensure successful shipping operations. This position offers a pathway to future growth into a Dispatcher role in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage order entry in the Axon system

• Create and maintain freight manifests for dispatch

• Ensure POD documentation is updated timely

• Enable effective communication with drivers and customers

• Anticipate and solve potential logistical issues

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of transportation industry experience

• Familiar with Canadian and US shipping practices

• Deck shipping knowledge is a plus

• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

• Experience using Axon dispatch systems a valued asset
