Class 1 Driver

Lynden Door Trucking, LLC continues to grow and we’re looking for a full‑time Class 1 driver based out of our yard in Abbotsford, BC. We are the primary carrier for Lynden Door Inc. and Alliance Door Products, and we are also a licensed common carrier hauling a variety of products in our 53‑ft, 2‑axle and 4‑axle dry van trailers. Lynden Door Trucking provides steady work year‑round.

Applicants must live within 50 kilometers of Abbotsford.

The role is a mixture of local lower mainland loads with one to two overnight loads per week to either the Okanagan, Island or Kootenay routes.

• A Class 1 CDL license and a driving abstract supporting a history of safe driving.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to represent our company well.
• Knowledge of and adherence to all DOT driving laws and regulations.
• Ability to assist off‑loading and tailgating product to the rear of the trailer with a pallet jack for multiple drop loads of door products.
• Experience with quad (or tri) axle dry van trailers, heavy hauling and bridge law knowledge preferred.
• OTR or mountain driving experience.
• Capacity to drive in both Canada and the United States.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug and alcohol test, as required by U.S. law.

• Competitive hourly wages $29–31 per hour, based on driving experience and years worked in the industry.
• Wages paid in Canadian funds and electronically deposited every other week.
