Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced individual to ensure service efficiency at our medical waste treatment facility. As a Transportation Coordinator, you will facilitate communication between customers, drivers, and sales teams. Your background in transportation support will be crucial for managing logistics and maintaining high service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise between customer, driver, and sales teams

• Cover routes as needed, including overnight and local runs

• Analyze route efficiencies for cost savings

• Track and monitor driver activity and compliance

• Ensure high-quality customer service and minimal errors

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in transportation support and supervisory roles

• Class 5 license with airbrake endorsement required

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Familiarity with Smith Driving Training is a plus
