Casual Transit Scheduler

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop daily operator schedules and manage vehicle assignments

• Ensure efficient dispatching of operators throughout the day

• Monitor and react to service delays and disruptions

• Communicate effectively with drivers and supervisors

• Document and manage operational reports accurately

Requirements:

• At least two years of relevant dispatch or operational experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Previous transit or logistics experience is a plus
