As a Package Handler Trainer, you will leverage your experience to instruct new employees in proper loading, unloading, and scanning practices. This role not only emphasizes safety but also effective teamwork as you work within Fed Ex Canada's operations. Your contributions will significantly affect the overall performance of the handling team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training initiatives for incoming Package Handlers

• Instruct on safe and efficient loading and unloading

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during training

• Assist in transporting freight within facilities

• Track and assess participant performance in training

Requirements:

• Preferred High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Minimum of six months experience in package handling

• Valid Class G driver’s license is necessary

• Ability to lift 70 lbs; manage heavier freight as needed

• Understanding of Canadian Customs regulations is a plus
