You will be pivotal in supporting smooth dispatch operations and ensuring that all requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with drivers for timely deliveries

• Manage and respond to satellite messages and calls

• Report customer service and driver issues accurately

• Prepare customs clearance papers for timely submission

• Arrange repairs for in-transit truck breakdowns

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Reliable transportation for work

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

• Legal eligibility to work full-time in Canada
