Federal Express Delivery Courier

Support Federal Express Canada customers through efficient delivery and shipment checks while working a Monday-to-Friday part time courier schedule. A valid driver’s license is required.

As a Courier, you will collect and deliver packages on an assigned route. The position combines customer service, shipment conformance checks, package maneuvering, and communication. Organization, flexibility, and the ability to manage pressure are important for daily service.

• Complete efficient pickups and deliveries along assigned routes
• Review shipments for required Federal Express Canada service conformance
• Handle related customer service responsibilities
• Lift packages and maneuver heavier shipments with equipment
• Work varying schedules and holidays based on business needs

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift 70 pounds
• Ability to maneuver packages up to 150 pounds using equipment
• Flexibility, multitasking, stress management, and organizational skills
